3.2. Discharging and turning machine
In the existing slitting machine production line, there is generally no installation of the discharging and turning machine. After the cutting and winding of the coiling material is finished, the collected coiling material is removed from the coiling machine by the feeding trolley, and then taken from the truck directly by the forklift or the trolley. And this operation mode will also exist when the roll material directly feeding problems.
If the unwinding machine is installed, the collected coil can be removed from the feeding trolley by the unwinding machine, and the damage to the material can be avoided.
