The rotation is controlled by frequency conversion motor, the expansion and contraction are controlled by the oil cylinder, the centralization is controlled by the reduction motor, the press is controlled by the oil cylinder, the unwinding is controlled by the reduction motor, and the brake is pneumatic disc brake.

Control of tension

The uncoiler is used to provide reverse torque and the clip-feed machine to establish tension control of the production line to avoid uncoiling due to rotational inertia.

Roll stripping machine

The unwinding roller is φ250×400, the surface is coated with adhesive, and the middle is slotted for easy to pull out the packing belt

· The main motor transmits power to the spindle through a multi-stage gear reduction box.

· The unwinding mode is upper unwinding, which can realize manual unwinding and automatic unwinding.

· In manual mode, unwinding and manual centering operation can be realized on the operating table and wireless remote control handle
