The material is transferred to the front receiving platform through the wave shearing machine. The front receiving platform is equipped with a reversible conveyor belt, which is a wide belt.
The turning conveyor belt is driven by the cylinder to realize the up-and-down turning. In normal operation, the conveyor belt is in the horizontal position. When the mold is replaced, the conveyor belt will turn downward to make room for mold change.
The sheet material cut by the wave shear machine passes through the front receiving platform and is fed from the turning conveyor belt to the back belt frame to realize the buffer transition between material cutting and conveying.
After turning over the conveyor belt, it is a double-layer conveyor belt, and the upper and lower conveyor belts will directly transport the sheet material to the rear collecting station and the front collecting station. Through the cylinder control turning plate, realize the transfer of receiving frame. When the piston rod of the cylinder shrinks, the flip plate is in a horizontal position, and the belt drives the material to the front receiving table for receiving. When the piston rod of the cylinder is extended, the flip plate turns up, and the material is transported to the back receiving table for receiving through the upward slope conveyor belt.
When sampling materials, the cylinder of the turning mechanism of the sampling platform is touched to make it turn over. The sheet material is sent to the sampling platform through the reversing mechanism.
The sheet material is absorbed on the conveyor belt through the adsorption force of the magnet installed in the conveyor belt frame in the conveying process to ensure the smooth conveying of the sheet material.
