Uncoiler mechanism:
It is composed of motor, body, guide rail, expansion shaft parts, hydraulic parts and so on.
The body is mounted on the guide rail, and the body is equipped with a 7.5kW gear motor. The motor shaft is equipped with a small belt wheel, and the small belt wheel is connected with the big belt wheel on the main shaft through the synchronous belt. The motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the synchronous belt, and the main shaft rotates to drive the coiling material discharging. The maximum unwinding speed of the unwinding machine is 100m/min.
Expansion shaft components are arranged on the top of the fuselage, including expansion tile, expansion block, spindle, oil cylinder, etc. The oil cylinder is installed at the back end of the main shaft, and the oil cylinder drives the expansion and contraction of the expansion tile by pulling the expansion block through the central pull rod of the main shaft.
The uncoiling mechanism is equipped with an independent hydraulic system, which is driven by the motor pump through the control of the hydraulic valve to realize the expansion and contraction of the expansion shaft. The hydraulic rotary joint is adopted after the cylinder.
The top of the uncoiler is equipped with ultrasonic sensor, which is used to detect the diameter of the coiler and control the discharging speed of the uncoiler.
