I. Overview

1.1, this unit is used for tinplate and aluminum coil unwinding, leveling, waveform shearing special equipment. It is an important equipment to effectively reduce material loss and production cost in the industry of tin printing and lid making. The waveform cutting equipment can save 3-8% of materials.

1.2. The wave shear production line is composed of uncoiler parts, leveler parts, wave shear parts, belt conveyor parts, three receiving table, pinhole detector, electrical control cabinet, etc. The same equipment can be used to cut different waveforms, and the corresponding mold can be replaced by the mold change system. The cutting frequency is 120 times/min, and the equipment is equipped with special micro hole detection equipment: Photomultiplier tube pinhole detector, microhole detection, detection accuracy is high.

1.3. The equipment can be randomly selected between single, double and triple collection.

2.19. Working environment temperature: -10 ~ 40℃.

2.20. Working environment relative humidity: ≤80%(no condensation).
