1. Overview
1.1, this unit is used for tinplate coiling material unwinding, leveling, waveform shearing special equipment. It is an important equipment to effectively reduce material loss and production cost in canning and cap making industry. The waveform cutting equipment can save 3-8% of materials.
1.2. The wave shear production line is composed of uncoiling machine parts, leveling machine parts, wave shear machine parts, belt conveyor parts, four receiving table, pinhole detector, electrical control cabinet, etc. For different waveforms, the same equipment can be used to cut, and the corresponding mold can be replaced by automatic die changing system. The shear frequency is 150 times/min. Production line is equipped with special microporous testing equipment: photomultiplier pinhole detector, high detection precision.
1.3. The equipment can be randomly selected between single, double, three and four collections.

2.17. Hydraulic oil requirements: L-HM46 hydraulic oil shall be provided in the oil cylinder.
2.18. Gear oil requirements: 220# gear oil shall be provided in the gear box of the leveler.
2.19. Working environment temperature: -10 ~ 40℃.
2.20. Working environment relative humidity: ≤80%(no condensation).
